On Sunday, March 28th Manasquan held a town clean up
which covered 6 main sites across the town.

  • Stockton Lake Little League Fields
  • The “secret beach” off Perrine and Warren
  • Alice Hemphill Sanctuary on Stockton Lake Boulevard
  • The area behind the Elementary School adjacent to Route 71
  • Tassini Park
  • Mount Lane

Despite the sometime biting conditions over 135 residents and volunteers came out to be a part of the event. Fortunately the weather held off and the event concluded before the rains came. The clean up netted over 80 bags of recyclables and over 25 large garbage bags of trash. Every cleanup site is much improved and Manasquan can be proud of the efforts of the volunteers who made the day successful.
